3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site-including text, imagery, logos, graphics, design, and product descriptions-is the property of Zouga & Wolf Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

4. Product & Service Descriptions

We aim to describe all garments, services, and offerings as accurately as possible. However, due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our products, there may be slight variations in colour, texture, or fit. All lead times and availability are indicative and subject to change.

5. Client Consultations & Bookings

Bookings for consultations (in-person or virtual) are subject to confirmation and availability. Deposits may be required to secure appointments. All personal data shared during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Deposits & Payments

Zouga & Wolf operates on a made-to-order basis. Deposits are required for production to begin and are calculated to cover the full cost of the materials selected.

In most cases, cloth is cut within 24 to 72 hours of the order being confirmed. As such, all deposits are non-refundable once cloth has been cut or tailoring has commenced.

Final balances are due upon garment completion and must be settled prior to handover.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other options approved by us in writing.

7. Privacy & Data

All personal data is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our website or services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

8. Returns & Alterations

Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our garments, we do not accept returns. However, we offer a complimentary fitting and refinement stage to ensure satisfaction. Minor post-delivery alterations may be arranged at our discretion.

9. Honour of Heirloom™️ — Lifetime Assurance

Select garments within our fully handmade collection qualify for Honour of Heirloom™️, a lifetime assurance designed to preserve the legacy of each piece.

Garments eligible for Honour of Heirloom™️ will be designated at the time of purchase and issued with a certificate of assurance.

Under this assurance, we commit to:

  • Repairing any qualifying fully handmade garment that sustains damage over time, including wear and minor accidents.

  • If a garment is deemed beyond repair, we will offer a replacement:

    • Using the same design and cloth, if still available.

    • If original materials or design options are no longer in production, we will replace the garment with one of equal value and comparable craftsmanship at our discretion.

In cases of theft, clients must provide:

  • A valid police report documenting the incident.

  • Proof of ownership (e.g. garment certificate or purchase record).

Please note:

  • Only one replacement per garment purchase is permitted during its lifetime to preserve the integrity of this assurance.

  • The Honour of Heirloom™️ does not cover garments that have been altered by third parties or subjected to improper care, as detailed in our garment care guidelines.

This assurance is offered in the spirit of enduring craftsmanship, and exists to uphold the values of permanence, honour, and legacy.

10. Garment Care Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for maintaining garments according to the care instructions provided. Zouga & Wolf Ltd. is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect cleaning, storage, or third-party alterations. Improper care may void Honour of Heirloom™️ eligibility.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and may vary based on location, production complexity, and scheduling. Zouga & Wolf Ltd. is not responsible for delays due to courier services, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the client upon confirmed delivery.

12. Limitation of Liability

Zouga & Wolf Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control.

16. Eligibility for Services

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. By booking a consultation or placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

17. International Clients & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. Zouga & Wolf Ltd. is not responsible for these charges. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their local laws and duties.

18. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a client relationship at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, disrespectful conduct, or non-compliance with these Terms.

19. Force Majeure

Zouga & Wolf Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, supply chain interruptions, or governmental action.

20. Accuracy of Client Measurements

Clients are responsible for providing accurate body measurements or availability for in-person fittings. Zouga & Wolf Ltd. is not responsible for garments produced with incorrect client-submitted measurements.

23. Wedding Day Dressing Support

For wedding day dressing services, a dedicated atelier may attend on the day of the event, subject to availability and the feasibility of the location. While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, Zouga & Wolf Ltd. reserves the right to determine the practicality and availability of personnel on a case-by-case basis.

24. The Groom’s Oath — Complimentary Tie & Gifted Outfit Terms

As part of The Groom’s Oath campaign, each participating groom is eligible to receive a bespoke silk tie, handmade in Italy and monogrammed with the couple’s initials. This complimentary tie is only provided upon the purchase of a minimum order consisting of a suit and shirt, or a jacket, trousers, and shirt. The order must be fully paid before the tie is delivered.

From the first 25 confirmed clients participating in The Groom’s Oath, one groom will be selected at random to receive a complete wedding outfit up to the value of £5000, complimentary of Zouga & Wolf Ltd. This includes the primary attire discussed during consultation and confirmed in writing.

The selected client agrees to participate in any photography, videography, or promotional media (digital or print) as reasonably required by Zouga & Wolf Ltd. in connection with this campaign. Full outfit value is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

25. The Founding 50 — Lifetime Courtesy Terms

The Founding 50 is a one-time, invitation-based initiative, strictly limited to 50 individuals and their immediate relatives. No additional places will be offered beyond this circle.

Clients accepted into the Founding 50 will receive a lifetime courtesy on select products and services from Zouga & Wolf Ltd., the nature and extent of which is determined at the company’s sole discretion.

This courtesy is extended in recognition of trust and early alignment with our founding values, and may include preferential pricing, priority access to rare cloths, bespoke launches, private events, and curated introductions to select partners and opportunities.

Zouga & Wolf Ltd. reserves the right to:

  • Modify the scope of this courtesy as the house evolves;

  • Limit its application to direct purchases made by the original Founding 50 client and their immediate family;

  • Extend this privilege, at our discretion, to future generations of the Founding 50 client’s lineage for as long as the company deems appropriate;

  • Restrict its use during peak seasons, collaborative launches, or special limited collections.

This is a non-transferable, private privilege, and may not be sold, assigned, or publicly promoted by the recipient. Any misuse or breach of brand alignment may result in the withdrawal of benefits.
